The hotel is located directly on the beach, with immediate access via the boardwalk. The breakfast buffet offered many options. The staff was helpful when I needed something. I also found many restaurants near to the hotel, so eating out was very easy.

the room was super clean it was a relief. the staff were helpful and polite, this was greatly appreciated. the location is beautiful everything i needed was a short walk
the hotel charges for beach and pool towels i found this inconvenient. breakfast was not the most enjoyable experience i think ingredients could improve. i found out only when i got home that i had paid extra for a sea view the pricing seemed high

i found the hotel very clean. my room had a comfortable bed with excellent linen. cleaning staffs were really off the scale friendly. the location is perfect with the beach being very close to the hotel. i enjoyed delicious cocktails from the bar served by marcos, marlon and cris.
i thought the hotel could improve the wine list. i wanted to see more wines of portugal. i found only a few options that represents local viticulture. i hope they consider this .

i found the breakfast spread excellent with many choices. my room offered great views from its big balcony. the staff was very helpful and attentive, providing quick service at all times.
the pool was very small and the sunbeds are too close together.

The location was very central.
I was pretty frustrated with the pool area. It was way too small. Getting a sunbed was near impossible. I also had to pay extra for beach and pool towels. This was not what I expected.

the bar service was shockingly slow one evening it took ages to get served and even longer to get our drinks the pool area felt cramped it was disappointing the loungers were so close together. the staff didn't seem to care about the long wait for drinks
